Our Story
Three sisters were born in Transylvania, and their roots are Hungarian (see picture in Palma de Mallorca). Fluent in four languages and continuously expanding their linguistic repertoire.
Two of the sisters, Biby and Gyongyi, relocated to Lake Tahoe and established the 2 B's of Tahoe Cleaning Business in 2011. In 2015, Biby assumed leadership, allowing Gyongyi to pursue her other healing ventures.

As a small boutique-style business, we currently served approximately 700 clients. Boasting over 15 years of experience in the cleaning service industry, 13 of which were dedicated to residential homes in North Lake Tahoe and the Reno area. Additionally, our expertise extends to managing a luxurious bed and breakfast in the Austrian Alps.

We pride ourselves on using DoTERRA essential oils, along with green and homemade products in our cleaning services.

Biby, along with her team of little Bee helpers, leads our licensed and trustfully responsible team. Passionate about our work, we take pride in delivering efficient results. From Transylvania to your home in North Shore of Lake Tahoe, we work diligently for our clients, offering unparalleled attention to detail and unwavering devotion.

Biby Xantus CEO
I am Biby Xantus, the CEO of 2 B's of Tahoe Cleaning Service. Originally from Transylvania, Romania, I have called the United States home for the past 20 years.
​
My journey into professional sports began at the age of 7 when I started skiing. I eventually became a successful biathlete, representing the Romanian National/Olympic Biathlon team until the age of 26. During my competitive years, I achieved several first-place finishes at the Romanian Nationals and earned numerous medals at Biathlon World/European Cups and World Championships. Notable highlights include winning a bronze medal at the 1993 Youth Olympic Games in Italy, a 5th place finish in the 1997 Slovakian Euro Cup, and concluding my career with a silver medal at the Team World Military Championship in 2002.

Following my athletic career, I spent four summers working as a personal trainer in Turkey and nine seasons as a cross-country/biathlon and snowboard instructor at Northstar Resort. I also worked a season in New Zealand at Remarkables while pursuing part-time cleaning on the side.
In my leisure time, I am passionate about travel, outdoor activities, recreational sports, yoga, and spending quality moments with my husband, sister, nephew, extended family, and friends. Our family, deeply rooted in Transylvania, shares a history of competitive cross-country skiing and biathlon.

Organizing and cleaning are ingrained in our family values. Known for our meticulous and organized approach, we find joy in maintaining tidy spaces, whether during athletic training camps or at home. For us, this goes beyond a job; it's a labor of love, executed with pride and a touch of fun.
Detail-oriented and driven, we stand out in our commitment to excellence. Personally, I embrace a lifestyle and design philosophy rooted in Minimalism. The absence of excess allows for a profound appreciation of the subtle beauty and connections in the few things that matter.
